WITHDRAWALS

In case of withdrawal, parents must inform the Director in writing. Parents will be asked to fill out a withdrawal form. This form will be sent to all teachers and staff so final grades can be submitted. All school-owned items and financial obligations must be settled prior to the release of any student records.

A $10 fee will be charged per transcript.
