  • Payment in Full. This option requires full payment of tuition by June 10th for a 4% discount for full-time students. No discount is available for part-time students.


  • Semi-Annual Payment. This option provides a 1.5% discount and requires two lump sum payments (1/2 tuition required); the first installment is due June 10th, and the second payment is due January 10th.


  • Ten-Month Installments. This option divides the year's tuition into 10 equal installments. The first installment is due August 10th, and the final (10th) installment on May 10th. At any time, you may pay your current balance. This option incurs an additional surcharge.


  • Twelve-Month Installments. (Full-time students only) This option divides the year's tuition into 12 equal installments. The first installment is due June 10th, and the final (12th) installment on May 10th. At any time, you may pay your current balance. This option incurs an additional surcharge.



NOTE: A $25 late charge will be assessed against all past due accounts.

Family Discount
A family discount program for FULL-TIME student tuition is available.

Referral Incentives: If an ECA family refers a new student for enrollment, the referring family will receive a tuition credit* as follows:

  • New Family Full-Time Enrollment - $300 Credit
  • New Family Part-Time Credit - $100 Credit
Families that refer a student who starts at the beginning of the second semester (instead of at the beginning of the year) will also receive a tuition credit:
  • New Family Full-Time Enrollment (2nd semester only) - $150 Credit
  • New Family Part-Time Credit (2nd semester only) - $50 Credit

* This credit will be issued to your account after the completion of a semester by the new family and will only be given once for the school year.
