ELECTRONIC DEVICES


Students are permitted to have cell phones and pagers on their person during the school day, BUT THEY MUST BE TURNED OFF. Students may use cell phones and pagers after normal school hours or between scheduled classes; however, they must be used outside of the school building. Other electronic devices (e.g., radios, walkmans, CD/tape players, laser pointers, or any electronic games) are not permitted on campus. Students who violate this policy will have their cell phone, pager, or other electronic device(s) confiscated; a $10.00 fine incurred (per device); and the incident will be recorded. These items may be picked up by the parent at the school office at the end of the school day once the fine has been paid.
